A six-dish Indo-Chinese noodles menu

Plain, vegetable, chicken, chicken tikka, prawn or king prawn — stir-fried noodles sit alongside the curry menu as their own section, not a single afterthought dish. It's the Indo-Chinese wok cooking that's common in Kolkata and Bengali-run kitchens, less common on a Hertfordshire takeaway menu.

Order noodles with your curry, not instead of it

Chicken tikka noodles and king prawn noodles use the same tandoor-cooked meat as the curry menu, wok-fried rather than sauced — a genuine side dish, not a separate cuisine bolted on. Vegetable noodles cover the meat-free order on the same ticket.
