A chef-led menu, not a curry-house list
Rated 4.9 from over 400 reviews — the highest in the account. Spiced crusted scallop, chilli-fried shrimp soup and hariyali chicken kebab, marinated in spinach and green chilli paste and cooked in the clay oven, aren't dishes you'll find on a standard takeaway menu.
What is a shami kebab?
A shami kebab is a soft, spiced patty of minced meat and ground chana dal, fried until crisp outside and still tender in the middle. It's a Mughlai dish, and quite different from a seekh kebab, which is moulded onto a skewer and grilled rather than shaped into a patty.
Seafood from the tandoor and the Kerala coast
Tandoori salmon, marinated in honey, dill, mustard and tandoori spices off the charcoal grill. Malabari salmon and monkfish curries, cooked in coconut, tamarind and jaggery. King prawn coconut curry. This is Kerala coastal cooking, not a single fish dish added for the sake of it.
